Born in Summit, NJ, Leslie grew up in Greenwich Village, NYC in an artistic Bohemian household. While growing up in “The Village”, she attended the Greenwich House School of Pottery and Painting (Jones Street), as well as the Greenwich House School of Music (Barrow Street). In her teens, she schooled at the Lycee International in St. Germain-en-Laye, before returning to the States to finish up High School, as well as attend and graduate from the University of Connecticut.

In the past, Leslie trained with some of the best: HB Studio (NYC); Weist Barron (NYC), Edge Studio (NYC) ; private coaching with Howard Ross, NYC (; and last, but not least, private coaching with Emmy Award winning actress, Elaine Bromka (UNCLE BUCK, The Sopranos, Law & Order, etc.

A recent transplant from Montclair, NJ, Leslie is best described by many as a true “Renaissance Woman”. Aside from her passion for voice recording work, Leslie is also an established artist, writer, singer/songwriter/performer for children, and enjoys being vitally active in community affairs and various fund-raising events.

Leslie currently lives in Mill Valley, CA with her husband and two cats.
